Reflection on my best practice

With all good intent, teachers are often working very hard doing the same things they have always done in school and expecting to produce a different result, a new type of graduate the state wants.

Yes! I am getting very good at using past best practices. How can I use new practices to get new results? Results that will significantly improve the education of my students.
